Project Manager Software

The role of the Project Manager is to guide the customer through the development process, ensuring that expectations regarding scope, resources, and timing are well-managed from the outset. Due to evolving insights or uncertainties in these innovation projects, we utilize the Agile method. Will you take the next customer on this journey?

What will you do?

As a Project Manager Software, you will work within the Finetic department (12 dedicated developers and growing), the Software department of TSG Group. They design and develop custom applications and Embedded Software for our clients across various industries. Your responsibilities as a Project Manager include:

• Focusing on guiding the customer journey and the development process with the goal of adding as much customer value as possible.
• Managing the project within the framework of scope, resources, timing, and finances.
• Building a relationship with the product owner, leading the process (customer journey) from the initial introduction to delivery, all following the Agile method.
• Being communicatively strong, leading the development process, thinking alongside the customer, providing advice, and asking the crucial "why" question when necessary, also towards the Development team.
• Leading the project and reporting monthly.
• Being part of the software development team and reporting to the department manager. You will collaborate closely with the Business Manager and Software Architect.

What are we looking for?

• Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities due to the diversity of projects.
• Understanding of software development, with the ability to navigate projects and comprehend the process and organization surrounding them.
• Several years of experience in (software) project management.
• An educational background of HBO/WO, preferably in Business Administration.
• Past experience with Software (Embedded or Application Development).
• Experience with Agile? Great! Little or no experience? We're happy to provide training!
• Strong planning, organizing, and connecting abilities.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
