How You Can Help Us
We are looking for a driven and experienced colleague to help us achieve our goals. You’ll be a valuable asset to the team if you bring the following experience:
- Developing smart solutions for turn-key machines based on requirements specifications — often dynamic systems
- Performing technical analyses (strength, stiffness, tolerances, cost considerations)
- Creating 3D designs in SolidWorks or Inventor, with attention to CE marking, manufacturability, and maintenance
- Validating designs through simulations, prototypes, or real-world testing
- Collaborating closely with project managers, software engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
- Guiding and coaching medior and junior engineers within your team
What You Bring
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in dynamic machine construction
- Experience with concept development, BOMs, tolerances, and manufacturability
- Experience with robotics, pneumatics, and system integration
- Familiarity with the Machinery Directive is a plus
- Ability to work independently and mentor others in technical topics
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
