Mechanical Engineer

What will you be doing?

As a Mechanical Engineer at TSG, you’ll shape your career by working on challenging projects for a wide variety of clients. With a few years of experience in mechanical design and machine development, you’re ready to take the next step.

You’ll be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings of complex components, taking into account manufacturability, assembly, strength calculations, and product lifespan. Depending on your experience and preferences, you may be involved in projects from the early concept phase. These projects can be carried out in-house or on-site with the client. One of the exciting aspects of working at TSG is our diversity in sectors—from Mobility and Agri & Food to Consumer—so every project brings something new.

You’ll work closely with the Lead Mechanical Engineer on your project and are encouraged to support Junior Engineers when they run into challenges. You’ll also be responsible for tracking the hours budget, setting priorities, and communicating progress clearly.

What are we looking for?

You have a completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, along with at least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer. You have a solid background in machine construction. At TSG, we primarily work with SolidWorks, and it’s a plus if you're familiar with a second CAD package such as Creo, NX, or Inventor. You’re fluent in Dutch and have a good command of the English language.

In addition to a gross monthly salary between €2,900 and €4,500 (depending on experience), we provide plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth. You’ll get 28 vacation days (24 vacation days + 4 ATV days), with the option to purchase up to 5 extra days.
