Our goal is to grow in the coming years and focus more on specific technical specializations. As a Corporate Recruiter, you see it as a challenge to find and attract specialists in a specific field (mechanical, product development, software, or another technical area) and bring them on board.

What will you be doing?

As a Corporate Recruiter at TSG Group, you are a crucial part of the organization! You work closely with various Hiring Managers who are looking for highly skilled technical personnel. You are supported in this by your colleague Yannick (Senior Corporate Recruiter) and your manager Sandra (HR Manager)! Together, we aim to achieve TSG Group's goals, which include substantial growth in a changing environment in the coming years!

You accomplish this by conducting interviews with managers, writing job descriptions, and publishing them on our site and various job boards. Additionally, you actively search for Technicians and approach them proactively. Once you find the right candidate, you engage with one of the Hiring Managers in the interview process and guide the candidate through the entire hiring process, from initial contact to the first day of work.

In addition to recruiting, speaking, and guiding candidates, there are various recruitment-related projects you can work on, in consultation with Sandra. This includes Employer Branding, Onboarding, Internationalization, and labor market communication. You also maintain contacts with colleges, universities, and external partners. Moreover, you regularly showcase your best side at fairs and company events with your colleagues. Last but not least, you will be involved in the long-term recruitment strategy.

What are we looking for?

• You find satisfaction in contributing to our growth ambitions and can achieve this through your strong and enthusiastic personality.
• You have completed an HBO and/or WO education, supplemented with several years of experience as a (Corporate) Recruiter.
• You enjoy focusing on technical personnel, even if you have no prior experience in this field.
• The job market, especially for technical personnel, is challenging, but you don't let that deter you and creatively find solutions.
• Candidate sourcing holds no secrets for you, and you willingly contribute to this aspect.
• You regularly ask yourself, could it be different or better? You are open to change and actively contribute to it.
